Human Resource Business Partners are both coaches and change agents, influencing decisions and creating positive impact across the teams they support.
This role partners with EGMs across the Retail Bank and reports to the General Manager RBS HR, driving measurable people, customer and business outcomes.

Key Requirements
10+ years experience in Human Resources
5+ years as HR Business Partner
relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field
post graduate qualifications desired but not essential
