Key Requirements

  • 1+ years managing a team in manufacturing/aerospace
  • 5+ years as individual contributor in manufacturing/aerospace
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and work at heights/confined spaces
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office
