Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Sr. Data Analyst, People Analytics is to deliver high quality HR data, reporting and analysis support for the HR function.
This role will partner with Olympus colleagues across HR and other corporate functions to design reports, translate the data into key areas of action and identify data audit and process improvement opportunities.
