Job Summary

  • Serve as a technical expert and operational lead for Asana’s Executive, Equity and Sales compensation programs, ensuring programs are modeled accurately, compliant, and executed well.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Legal, and Stock Administration to manage the operations of our equity programs, executive pay cycles and sales compensation strategy.
  • Develop complex compensation models and conduct statistical analysis to forecast burn rates, analyze pay mix, and project equity pool usage.
