Newport Memory Care is seeking a Caregiver/Driver to provide essential daily care and services to residents, including transporting them to medical appointments. The ideal candidate must possess a valid Arizona Caregiver Certification and Driver's License, and be comfortable in both caregiving and driving roles.

Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
Must be comfortable driving a company van to take behavioral residents to medical appointments.
At times when you are not out on appointment with a resident, you will be on the floor working as a caregiver.
