  • Work closely with Trustees, actuaries, administrators, and legal advisers, while mentoring junior team members and acting as an escalation point for complex queries.
  • Lead technical workstreams for scheme closures, mergers, and benefit changes, champion process improvements, and develop technical procedures and guidance materials.
