Job Summary

  • The Planning, Design, and Construction (PDC) Department is responsible for construction project management at all SCHS owned and leased facilities, providing complete services from intake through project close-out.
  • The Construction Project Manager 1 is responsible for managing small to midsize construction and/or renovation projects, delivering outcomes on time, within budget, and to agreed-upon specifications.
  • This position assists in space planning, design reviews, and works with permitting agencies, while also managing costs and cultivating positive working relationships with internal and external resources.
