The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree, a real estate license, and at least three years of commercial property management experience

Job Summary

  • As the lead professional, you will also be responsible for preparing budgets and financial reports, managing Tenant Improvements and/or capital improvement projects, and developing your staff.
  • Oversee comprehensive property operations including budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis to ensure optimal performance.
