5+ years construction experience
Commercial or residential project lifecycle
CCDC contract negotiation
BC Lien Act knowledge
Project schedule creation and maintenance
Change order management
Safety and quality program leadership
Nice-to-have
Mass Timber training
Passive House certification
LEED or GSC certification
Strong team mentoring skills
Advanced stakeholder relationship building
Key Requirements
2+ years as Project Manager or 5+ years as Sr. Project Coordinator
Experience on projects exceeding $20M commercial or $10M residential
Post-secondary education in Construction or Engineering (asset)
Valid driver's licence
Basic First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
