Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
  • 15+ years progressive leadership experience
  • P&L responsibility exceeding $50 million annually
  • Experience leading management teams of 25+ professionals
  • NJ Real Estate license required within 6 months
