Salary
Base: $95,700 - $125,000; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption benefits, parental leave, 401(k) with match, paid time off, holidays

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
5+ years of progressive engineering experience
10+ years of relevant experience (if education requirement not met)
6-Sigma Green Belt (minimum)
