Job Summary

  • The Systems Technician provides best in class support of end users via Clune’s Service Desk, including maintenance of the computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions and supporting the internal IT helpdesk.
  • Responsibilities include assisting with onboarding of new users including computer builds, phone setup, and training of users on our systems, as well as researching and vetting new technologies for potential field/end user use.

Key Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in CIS preferred
  • Equivalent education and experience in technical support
  • Active Directory knowledge preferred
  • O365 Suite knowledge preferred
  • Windows 10 knowledge preferred
  • Ticketing systems knowledge preferred
  • Hardware experience including desktop/laptops
  • A+ certification preferred
