Manage accounts receivable collection process
Collect past due receivables
Review customer disputes
Action HighRadius worklists
Liaise with AR Cash applications team
Reconcile customer accounts
Support WHT certificate collection
Communicate with customers via phone and emails
Resolve invoice discrepancies
Handle mailboxes and action queries
Drive cash flow
Implement and maintain AR systems
Maintain complete documentation

Key Requirements
Commerce/Finance graduate / MBA Finance
6-10 Years of Experience in Credit collections
Sound Accounting knowledge
Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C cycle
Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel
Familiarity with Tableau or similar BI reporting tools
