• Project Management/Engineering/Building Surveying/Architectural background
• Chartered with APM or equivalent professional qualification
• Experience across construction projects, particularly Defence
• Experience leading projects inception to completion
• Understanding and experience of construction contracts, particularly NEC3
• Valid UK driving licence
