Job Summary

  • The Manager, Commissions is a key member of the Finance Operations organization, supporting Revenue Operations in the administration, accuracy, and governance of all commission programs across the company.
  • This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Ticketing, HR/Compensation, Finance, and operational stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate, and well-controlled commission payouts.
  • Commissions are a critical component of how our commercial teams are incentivized and rewarded, and this role ensures every payout is accurate, compliant, and aligned with company policy.
