Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Biological science
  • Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology degree
  • Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
  • Proficiency with computers and laboratory information systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice-to-have

  • 3 months or more of clinical laboratory testing experience
  • ASCP or AMT certification
  • Understanding of laboratory operations and policies
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Biological science, Clinical Lab Science, or Med Tech
  • Pass standardized color blindness test
  • ASCP or AMT certification (Preferred)
  • 3+ months clinical lab testing experience (Preferred)
