The jobholder will be responsible for driving change management within the Propulsion Engineering perimeter at Airbus.
The role involves working closely with different design offices, Risk Sharing Partners, and Engine Manufacturers to drive engineering changes towards closure on time, cost, and quality.

Must-have
Propulsion Engineering System Integration
Aircraft Configuration Management
Project Management and Stakeholder Management
Experience with PDM/VPM tools and CAD models
Knowledge of Aircraft change process
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Cross-division influence without authority
Nice-to-have
Design experience in Pylons and Nacelles
Exposure to Airbus processes and methods
Subcontracting management experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in multi-cultural environment

International travel willingness
Key Requirements
Bachelor or Master Degree in Aerospace, Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
3 to 5 years experience in Propulsion, Cabin, Airframe Engineering or Configuration Management
Entry Level experience
Experience working with Commercial Aircraft Engine Manufacturers is advantageous
