Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end development process for assigned medium complexity products from concept brief to production readiness, working in strong partnership with experts and stakeholders.
Take accountability for the entire apparel development management process, emphasizing product integrity, engineering, and timely completion according to the corporate operating calendar, applying sport-specific understanding to enhance product performance.
Ensure all fabrics, trims, colors, processes, and development samples are fully tested to meet adidas’ quality and testing standards, and manage quality and process escalations with the senior manager as needed.
