Salary
Base: $107,500 - $204,500 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off

Full Software Development Life Cycle experience
Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps/Automation expertise
Oversight of multi-disciplinary engineering teams
Cost and schedule management for software delivery
Risk identification and mitigation planning

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in STEM field
8 years of prior relevant experience
U.S. citizenship required
Active Secret security clearance required after day 1
Earned Value Management System Certification preferred
