Job Summary

• You’ll redefine retention as a growth lever, not just a downstream function, ensuring every dollar spent compounds into deeper engagement, higher conversion, and sustained customer value.
• This role is based in our New York City office and requires three days per week onsite for collaboration and team alignment, with six weeks of “Work from Elsewhere” flexibility annually.
• Compensation includes a base salary of $225k to $240k, annual discretionary bonus, equity, 401(k) match, health coverage, life and disability insurance, catered lunch, and unlimited paid time off.
