Job Summary

  • The Field Engineer is responsible for installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products including desktops, laptops, and peripherals at client locations.
  • This role requires providing remote and on-site Level 2 and Level 3 support for incidents and service requests that cannot be resolved by the Service Desk.
  • Candidates must possess an NV1 Security Clearance to be eligible for this position.
