Salary
Base: $27.58-$29.68 per hour; Bonus/Equity: $1.50 per hour additional for 3rd shift; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k, tuition reimbursement, life insurance

Air arc cutting torch operation
Stick or wire welding equipment
Use of hand and power tools
Work in confined spaces
Work at heights on railcars
Ability to read blueprints and schematics

Ability to maintain neat work area
Key Requirements
Must pass company welding test
High School Diploma or GED
Pre-employment drug & alcohol testing
Background screening and education verification
Ability to work scheduled shifts including overtime
