Lead direct reports to achieve high Crew morale, effective employee relations, and effective communication, while participating in staffing decisions and professional development.
Establish effective partnerships with key partners to achieve goals, including leveraging synergies with Wlat Disney World Culinary and optimizing food quality, variety, and cost with Procurement and Sourcing.
