  • The Sector Partnership Manager works closely in partnership with the Baltimore Workforce Development Board and collaborates closely with the Assistant Director and Chief of Employer Services.
  • The city offers medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, optional life, AD&D, and FSA plans, along with wellness programs, support groups, and workshops.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or Public Administration
  • 3-5 years of workforce development experience
  • Familiarity with WIOA legislation and compliance
  • 2 years of sales experience (1 in employment/job training)
  • Valid Maryland Class C driver's license
