Job Summary

  • The Quality Program Coordination Sr. Analyst will provide clinical and service data analyses and services to the Comprehensive Transplant Center (CTC) so that optimal quality of care & the highest level of patient outcomes can be achieved.
  • Oversees data analysis and reporting mechanisms designed to improve clinical outcomes and optimal resource management.
  • Develop and implement internal monitoring process of demonstrating compliance with United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Joint Commission Accreditation Health care Organizations (JCAHO) and Ohio Department Health (ODH) standards.
