Job Summary
This position performs duties related to the agency’s daily deposit requirements, daily credit card settlement transactions, vendor subW-9, general ledger journal entries, and is responsible for backing up the Accountant I position.
The Cash Management Section ensures the accuracy and timeliness of all the agency’s cash transactions in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and the Office of State Controller and Office of State Treasurer Accounting Policies and Procedures.
