Job Summary

  • As a key member of our Service Desk team, you will be providing that first point of contact for employees who are having an issue with their laptop or application, fulfilling requests, and keeping the entire company productive.
  • Your Responsibilities include answering calls from employees needing help with various issues such as password reset, account lockout, and application access, as well as working tickets to fulfill requests such as new employee onboarding, terminations, and application access.
