Job Summary
As an expert, you will bring a deep technical mastery of the process and equipment, leading the planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.
You will partner with line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets, own the technology and process settings, and manage the R&M budget for the line/s.
Build technical and maintenance skills of the technicians working in the shifts, spending at least 50% of your time on coaching and capability development.
