Job Summary

• The Operating/Building Engineer will perform both preventative maintenance & corrective maintenance to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment/systems in assigned facilities.
• Day-to-day tasks will include assisting with basic building repairs, conducting building rounds, and responding to work orders in a timely manner.

• Minimum 1 year related experience
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Proficient in basic computer applications
• EPA Universal License
