ENOVA ELECTRICAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Generalist to manage a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, at their Springleaf, Singapore location. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant HR experience, a diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field, and strong knowledge of local employment laws

Job Summary

  • Manage comprehensive HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, to support workforce transformation and business objectives.
  • Responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and policy management, while ensuring alignment with local employment laws and organisational objectives.
  • Handle recruitment activities, onboarding, job description updates, manpower coordination, payroll, overtime, statutory claims, payroll reporting, employee benefits, insurance renewals, staff insurance claims, work pass applications/renewals, annual performance reviews, staff grievances, exit interviews, HR policies, training applications, and other HR duties as assigned.
