2-6 years broadcast engineering experience
Terminate broadcast and IT related cables
Manage station helpdesk for news and operations
Develop and maintain SOPs and system documentation
Provide desktop support and general IT support

OBS VMix and Digital Streaming experience
Podcast style environment design experience
Video production studio equipment knowledge
Broadcast automation systems and RF experience
ENG Truck and satellite ground stations experience
Ability to mentor others and develop confidence
