  • The Associate General Counsel will support projects that are time-sensitive, highly visible inside and outside of the company, and key to AIG’s strategic initiatives.
  • Specific duties will include managing legal aspects of large U.S. and Global Service Warranty and Insurance programs, drafting and negotiating contracts, and preparing/reviewing various documents.
