  • 8 years business process execution/knowledge/experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related experience
  • Quality management, process improvement, problem-solving tools
  • Implementing and sustaining change/improvements
  • Process Mapping and Modeling
  • process management standards and policies
  • Lean, Business Process Management, or similar methodology
  • utilizing various systems to collect and analyze data
  • 4+ years of Third-Party Auto Injury Claims Experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Deep understanding of Claims Litigation processes
