To lead the industrialization of the new P1 and improve the production efficiency (machine & Direct Labor) in its perimeter.
To manage production equipment introduction using IPROM, follow equipment or assembly lines development with the supplier, and perform pre acceptance and acceptance of the equipment.
To monitor QCDM and propose improvement, survey the performance of equipments with optimization in mind, and work on Cycle time reduction to optimize investments, material & labor costs.
