  • Support the Head of Technology Training in driving the successful deployment, adoption and engagement of technology and applications across the firm.
  • Assist in defining and implementing innovative training delivery methods, platforms and tools that help employees enhance day to day technical proficiency and long term career development.
  • Support the training portfolio, including application onboarding, live sessions, on demand content, training materials and assessments, helping to enable learning from new hire onboarding through advanced, role specific development.
