Job Summary
The Solutions & Platforms Manager is a hands-on builder responsible for designing, piloting, and scaling technology-powered tools that support Disney Experiences (DX) Communications.
This role focuses on execution—developing prompts, prototypes, and automations; running pilots; and transitioning approved concepts into reliable, production-ready solutions.
The position partners closely with the Strategy & Use Cases Product Owner to operationalize prioritized new technology initiatives.

Base: $115,500.00 - $154,800.00 (California); $121,000.00 - $162,200.00 (New York); Bonus/Equity: May be provided; Benefits: Full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits
