Job Summary

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
  • Take and record vital signs, weights, and other health indicators and report any changes in resident condition or behavior to the nursing staff.
  • Accurately document care and services provided while upholding resident privacy and dignity at all times.
