The Director of Staff Development is responsible for planning and implementing facility orientation and certification training programs for nursing assistants as required by regulations.
This role requires the incumbent to coordinate all aspects of staff recruitment, payroll, benefits, and mandatory safety drills including fire and mass casualty events.
Candidates must possess a valid RN or LVN/LPN license and have prior experience in long-term care facilities to ensure the highest degree of quality care.
