Job Summary

  • The Director of Staff Development is responsible for planning and implementing facility orientation and certification training programs for nursing assistants as required by regulations.
  • This role requires the incumbent to coordinate all aspects of staff recruitment, payroll, benefits, and mandatory safety drills including fire and mass casualty events.
  • Candidates must possess a valid RN or LVN/LPN license and have prior experience in long-term care facilities to ensure the highest degree of quality care.
