  • Respond and attend to guest repair requests, communicating with guests to resolve maintenance issues with little to no supervision.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, troubleshoot and repair various hotel systems including MEP, and maintain maintenance inventory.
  • Follow all company and safety policies, maintain professional appearance, and provide excellent guest service while working collaboratively with the team.
