Job Summary
Respond and attend to guest repair requests, communicating with guests to resolve maintenance issues with little to no supervision.
Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, troubleshoot and repair various hotel systems including MEP, and maintain maintenance inventory.
Follow all company and safety policies, maintain professional appearance, and provide excellent guest service while working collaboratively with the team.
