Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for driving and safeguarding engineering delivery performance for the TACTICOS hardware development across multiple projects.
  • The position requires enabling engineering teams to perform at their best by providing structure, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Candidates will work closely with international engineering teams across the Netherlands, Portugal, and Romania to deliver mission-critical naval defense systems.
