Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
5-7 years experience in design management
Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD
Experience with Bluebeam, Revit, ACC/BIM 360
Site layout design capability required
Knowledge of local building codes and permitting
Nice-to-have
PMP or equivalent project management certification
Background in Architecture or Project Management
Experience with design-build or design-bid-build models
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
Key Requirements
