Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years food manufacturing QA experience
3+ years managing contract manufacturers
Strong knowledge of EU food safety regulations
Expertise in HACCP, GMP, and BRCGS standards
Experience leading audits and root cause investigations
Nice-to-have
Fluency in Dutch language preferred
Experience with Quick Service Restaurant systems
Knowledge of German or French languages
Ability to influence without authority
Proactive problem-solving mindset
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field
7+ years experience in Quality Assurance within food manufacturing
3+ years managing contract manufacturers or external suppliers
Fluent in English; fluency in Dutch highly preferred
Ability to travel across the EU 50-60% of the time
