Job Summary

  • This co-op will work hands-on in a manufacturing environment and will be expected to actively collaborate with production, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams.
  • The role emphasizes practical application of Lean manufacturing principles—such as waste reduction, continuous improvement, and process standardization—along with conducting time studies and implementing line balancing to improve throughput and efficiency.
  • At the end of the program, the co-op will present their results to the Mentor Leadership Team.

Key Requirements

  • Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher
  • Fluency in English required
  • Experience working in a professional environment
  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S.
