Job Summary
This co-op will work hands-on in a manufacturing environment and will be expected to actively collaborate with production, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams.
The role emphasizes practical application of Lean manufacturing principles—such as waste reduction, continuous improvement, and process standardization—along with conducting time studies and implementing line balancing to improve throughput and efficiency.
At the end of the program, the co-op will present their results to the Mentor Leadership Team.

Key Requirements
