• Oversee the management of multiple application portfolios and provide resources in support of those portfolios by leveraging partnerships with technology teams, vendors, and business leaders.
• This role owns and leads the work across the largest and most complex capabilities for the organization, working closely with senior business leaders and across IT teams to ensure the delivery and performance of business solutions.
• Manages performance and fosters an inclusive environment to help associates achieve their potential, while driving end-to-end ownership of the technology solution.
