Job Summary

  • Provide management information (MI) through data analysis and the creation of reports to aid and direct initiatives within HR as well as the organisation as a whole.
  • Analyse data to provide insight for HR Business partners, the wider HR function and senior stakeholders to identify trends, support business plans and strategic decision making.
