Job Summary
Provide hands-on technical support, service desk triage and resolution, and site infrastructure administration for the Elecsys Olathe facility.
Monitor and help administer local site infrastructure including servers, switches, firewalls, databases, A/V systems and network-connected shop-floor equipment.
Provide on-site and remote desktop support for end users, including international colleagues.
