  • Both positions serve as first‑level supervisory roles responsible for guiding team leads and assemblers, coordinating training activities across departments, and ensuring quality, safety, and professional standards are consistently upheld.

Key Requirements

  • Associate's and/or Technical Degree plus 5 years of experience
  • Experience as a trainer in OEM, Crane Equipment Distributor, or Heavy Industrial Equipment
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in PC based word processing, PowerPoint and spreadsheets
  • Domestic and international travel up to 20%
