  • Deliver Grand Central’s commercial analysis, insight and trading reporting activities to deliver a comprehensive understanding and full visibility of Grand Central’s trading performance and industry trends and to make recommendations to improve Grand Central’s commercial performance.
  • Proactively identify and understanding emerging trends and drivers of customer behaviour to make recommendations and implement actions to optimise Grand Central’s Revenue Management & Marketing activity.
  • Support the improvement and development of our data analysis and reporting capabilities in the Arriva BI platform for GC in utilising the system.
