Salary
Base: $40.56 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Manufacturing Incentive Plan (MIP) Eligible; Benefits: $1.00 per hour shift premium for 2nd and/or 3rd shift, OT potential
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Troubleshoot and repair automated systems
Read and interpret electrical schematics
Use SAP for maintenance work orders
Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance
Follow Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures
Work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime
Nice-to-have
Experience with Allen Bradley PLC and Studio 5000
Collaborate with external suppliers
Cross-train peers on process procedures
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Focus on food safety and product quality
Analytical mindset for continuous improvement
Key Requirements
Associates Degree or Technical Certificate preferred
1-3 years mechanical or electrical experience
Successful completion of pre-employment skills assessment
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with a team
