Job Summary

  • The Lobby Ambassador's main responsibility is to provide a superior level of personalised service by ensuring every need, request, and desire of our guests is fulfilled with the utmost care, professionalism and dedication.
  • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Fairmont Standards as well as be available to work flexible shifts which would include but is not limited to : mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
